The BRIS Pro BFA450 inflatable boat are constructed with 2000 Denier 1.2mm PVC fabric using the latest thermowelding technology with heavy duty aluminum floor board and reinforced FULL ALUMINUM TRANSOM. Thermowelding is a process using heat welding that bonds the material together that creates superior strength and durability over the traditional 4 layer overlapping seam technology used by most companies.The fully welded aluminum transom removes the most common failure point (wood and plastic 3 piece transoms) found on all other inflatable boats on the market. The 20" transom gives you the ability to add a long shaft prop outboard motor. 2000 Denier1.2mm PVC is a much more heavy-duty PVC fabric than 1100 Denier 0.9mm PVC boats. We also have added double layers of fabric at the bottom of the tubes. This allows 2.4mm of lower tube protection from sharp rocks and abrasive sands. Also we have added EVA on the aluminum floor and seat . this make the floor and seat more comfortable and slip resistant.
